Now why would you even consider a Christian being a scientist? Is it you don't know what a Christian is?
Or is it the Christians you know don't know what a Christian is?

How do you reject peer reviews which don't fit your religion?

By the way, do you pray to yourself?
Is there a shrine in you home with your photo on it?

Back on topic. Would it be ok to sue your doctor for missing the chance to abort if a child was born with red hair and you considered red hair a defect?

To answer your last question, the answer is probably yes...although the damages would not be as great. Remember, the SCOTUS has said you MAY ABORT your child if you don't like its sex, or if you don't like its hair color, or because its a Tuesday.

In fact, you don't even have to really have a reason.

The SCOTUS RULES! (Or, more precisely, FIVE PEOPLE do. Think about it. FIVE PEOPLE decide life or death for millions.)

Mike, it sounds like you object to the mere existence of the Supreme Court - is that true? And if so, who would you have make the decisions about whether laws are constitutional? Or do you support the concept of the Supreme Court (which is established in the Constitution) and just don't like some of the decisions they've made?

Before you change the subject, why don't you tell me what you think of the decisions we have been discussing?

Hey ABO, you're a little over the top there. Off your meds or something?

Ya that was a little over the top. But what is scary is how close we are to it.

What's actually scary is that ABO *THINKS* he is close to it.

When an Atheist Professor of Ethics at Princeton argues that killing a newborn is not equivalent to killing a person, we are more than "close".
